My wife and I are going to find a new provider, we like the current NP we see but the screaming and yelling that we have heard in the background while on Telehealth is ridiculous. I'm not sure what issues are going on but the lack of professionalism in the work place is rubbing us the wrong way.

Dr. Zafar is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's a great listener, she's extremely knowledgeable, and is very comforting.
She makes me feel like I'm in good hands and am being cared for by someone who is genuinely concerned about my well-being.
In addition, her office staff is very professional and competent. I've not had a single issue regarding appointments, prescriptions, insurance, paperwork etc.
i highly recommend Dr. Zafar and her practice.

Know your needs before making the appointment. Dr Zafar is a great psychiatrist, but if you’re looking for someone to sit for an hour and talk about your feelings this is not the practice for you, that’s a therapist. She, however, will help you with coping mechanisms along with prescriptive treatment to give you the tools you need to manage your affliction. She will help you get through.
